Chinese Business (M) Visa Extension

Documents and requirements:

Passport original;
Business license of the invite company;
An application letter issued from the China invite company;
Applicant’s valid accommodation registration issued from the police station or hotel: Police -Accomadation Registration Sample ; Hotel- Accommodation Registration Sample 1; Hotel- Accommodation Registration Sample 2; Hotel- Accomadation Registration Sample 3
1 visa photo of foreigner and the inspection receipt of the photo;
An appointment should be made for the M visa renew;

China immigration office hour:

Monday - Friday 8:30 - 12:00 & 14:00 -17:30

Important Notice:

An appointment in advance shall be booked before foreigners apply visas, short stay visa, residence permit visa;
Enterprises that issue guarantee letters for foreigners' visa, short stay visa, residence permit visa must be approved by the China immigration office locally.
Foreigners must renew the visas, short stay visa 7 days ahead of the expire date;
According to the nationality law of the people's Republic of China, China does not recognize dual nationality. Applicants who have joined foreign nationality must cancel their Chinese household registration before they can apply for visa, short stay visa, residence permit visa;
Family member relationship certificate and kinship certificate refer to marriage certificate, birth certificate, adoption certificate, other kinship certificate and relevant notarization issued by relevant national competent department; marriage certificate, birth certificate, kinship certificate, name change certificate, etc. issued by the embassy or consulate of the host country in China;
Marriage certificate, birth certificate, kinship certificate, adoption certificate, name change certificate, etc. issued by overseas shall be certified by the Chinese embassy or consulate based outside of China;
The relevant foreign language certification materials shall be translated into Chinese by China domestic notary office;
Foreigners who apply for visa, short stay visa, residence permit visa must pay fees in accordance with the relevant regulations of the competent departments of the Chinese government;
The validity period and entry times of visa issued shall be subject to China immigration office locally;
The decision made by the China immigration office shall be the final decision. China immigration office has the right to revoke visa issued;
The public security organs will punish foreigners or responsible persons who overstay in China;
Special application cases shall be subject to the interpretation of the China immgration entry and exit administration department.
