China Working Visa

Term of Validity

The validity of a visa refers to the time limit that has been granted by the holder of the visa. Once the term validity has expired then it is called an invalid visa and is of no use to the holder as they will not be able to enter China with an expired visa. Also, if the visa holder is in China at the time of the visa’s expiration then they will either be sent back to their home country or go through a visa renewal process as directed by their employer. Those foreigners who will enter China with a work visa need to take the importance of a valid work visa very seriously to avoid getting into trouble with the Chinese visa authorities.

Some countries issue an entry visa for three months, while others issue a one-month entry visa. Countries such as Germany have stringent visa policies. Even China has strict China Z Visa requirements for those foreigners who are looking for a working visa to start employment in China.

Duration of Each Stay

The duration of each stay in the China work visa refers to the length of stay that’s been permitted to the visa holder once they have entered China. The main difference between the duration of each stay and the validity of the work visa is known as the validity of the visa, and basically refers to the time limit of the visa. For example, if an individual has been granted an entry and exit visa of 3 months, and their duration of stay is of 15 days, then the visa holder can enter or exit the country from the date of issue of the visa to the expiry date that’s been given on the visa. That said, from the date of entry, the holder of the visa will have 15 days to exit the country.

Some countries require that the visa holder must enter the country within the three months after the visa has been issued, for the duration of one month for each stay, while there are other countries that have the same deadline for the entry visa, and a duration for each stay. The longest is half year or a year or more, such as employment and student visa; the shortest is 3 days or 7 days, as in a transit visa.

Entries

Apart from the ‘term of validity’ and the duration of each stay, a visa also stipulates entries. Once a person meets the China Z Visa requirements, they will be granted a visa. In China, visas are divided into entry valid visa and multiple entries valid visas. The valid entries of the visa indicate the validity of the visa. A two entries visa can be used twice during the validity of the visa, while a multiple entry visa can be used by the holder to enter the country several times during the validity of the visa.

For instance, in Australia and India, some tourist visa holders are allowed to enter and exit the country repeatedly in three months or six months. In some countries, employee visas are also valid for multiple entries. The visa types, validity time and entries will be issued based on the applicants’ specific circumstances.

Business China will be there to guide you every step of the way to ensure that you are able to fulfill the China Z Visa requirements and get your China work visa quickly, hassle-free and at an affordable cost.
